Adequate safety factors are kept in mind while making the Hoist Robust.The Rope Hoists have a machined steel frame, while the Rope Drum is made from seamless pipes / steel plate grooved to take full lift without over-winding. The Drum Shaft has ball bearings to ensure smooth running with gears which are fitted on anti-friction ball bearings in the oil bath lubrication.The motor confirms to norms as per IS-325, while the wire ropes are designed as per IS-2266 specifications. The Forged Hooks abide to IS-3815 or equivalent. The rope guides are attached to prolong the rope life. Tacklers are known to make flame-proof Wire Rope Hoists confirming tor IS-2148.This is especially suitable for the hazardous conditions and available for Gas Group I, II A, II B, II C
